My company
As the founder of Impact Coaching & Consulting, I have more than ten years of experience as an executive coach and workshop facilitator. I have collaborated with clients across a wide spectrum of organizations, including consulting, Fortune 500s, nonprofits and start-ups and with a large variety of roles, experience levels, backgrounds and nationalities.
The projects and workshops I have facilitated reach across borders and cultures and have included a variety of clients such as Fedex, Veolia Transportation, St Jude Hospital, United Airlines, McKinsey & Co. and numerous non-profit organizations.
My Background
I hold a B.A. in International Business from Middlesex University in London and an MBA from Harvard Business School. My corporate work experience includes internships with Daimler-Benz, British Petroleum and Procter&Gamble, as well as several years of consulting experience with both BCG and McKinsey & Co., in Germany and in the US.
My Coaching Philosophy
My coaching philosophy is based on a passion for creating work environments that encourage authentic self-expression and collaborative working relationships. Some of the typical themes in my workshops include building effective communication skills, dealing with conflict and challenging interpersonal situations, creating trust-based client relationships, providing upward feedback, influencing with integrity, developing executive presence and deriving greater meaning and purpose from your professional journey.
